I came to this salon because I was unhappy with my the salon I had been using. I am so glad I did! My first impression of the salon was that it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was offered water, coffee, and even chocolate cake! The stylist, Jennifer, was excellent. She took the time to find out what I really wanted done with my hair. She was very friendly and talkative and she really made me feel comfortable. The end result was exactly what I wanted! She did such a great job! My experience

I always see Brittney for my cuts. She is very knowledgeable and confident. I have been seeing her for a couple of years now and have not had a bad cut or experience. I recently came for a "change" and she knows me well enough to know what I would like and not like. I gave a suggestion and she went with it. I just want to come in, say "do what you want" and never leave unhappy. When I ask questions about products, she answers them. She knows what works with my hair and how to style it. She knows I have limited time to fix myself in the mornings and gives me a cut that is easy and looks good. She also knows that my daily time is limited and when I call, it is usually on a break from work or when I really need a cut or change. She has gotten me in the same day-every time I call! Never disappointed!!!

My visit on Friday was a very nice one. Pleased to say that I had a good experience. Got my hands dipped to soften them a little from the winter cold. It's so pleasant to be at Salon Raymond...I love the atmosphere The receptionists, technicians and hair stylists are all nice and very serious about your comfort the whole time you're there. On top of all that, my hair always looks amazing when they're done!! Which is probably due to them asking questions so they can get to know you and your hair. And then I find that I can almost exactly duplicate the look when I get home...and believe me THAT'S a miracle!! I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to have my salon experience.
